Rumyana (Rumy) received her bilingual (French-Bulgarian) bachelor degree of Business Administration at Sofia University in collaboration of Universite de Lille 1 France. At CDK she provides smart digital strategies and powerful support solutions from a small dealerships to a large dealer groups working hand in hand with the OEMs (such as General Motors US and Canada) As an auto tech expert, Rumy is all about troubleshooting behind the scenes but also interacting directly with the end user in order to build better connection. Rumy is absolutely passionate about meeting inspiring women, helping each other and building a strong community to share experiences with. She believes that problem solving sometimes needs creativity and a touch of art.
